The face of the silver coins represents the Eiffel Tower seen from the sky. It contains deposits of gold and black rhodium, which accentuate the contrast between the light of the lighthouse and the darkness of the night.

ONE KILO OF SILVER
ONE KILO OF SILVER
To pay tribute to the monument of Gustave Eiffel, Monnaie de Paris also mints a one-kilo silver coin with the effigy of the Eiffel Tower. Its diameter and thickness make this cut a real object of art fashioned by the artisans of the Parisian manufacture.
