ASIA NOW Paris returns to the Monnaie de Paris from 18 to 20 October, during Paris Art Week, to celebrate its trengh edition.

More than an art fair, Asia NOW is an edited platform featuring international and local galleries presenting artists from Asia and its diaspora. In parallel, an ambitious public program, conceived by guest curators, offers site-specific installations, performances and artists' workshops. Asia NOW attracts new audiences and brings together communities woth shared interests, both in France and internationnaly.

This year, 70 participants galleries present exhibitions by artists from 28 Asian territories, from Central Asia to Pacific Asia, including West, South, Southeast and East Asia. However, Asia is seen not only as a geographical region, but also as a methodological approach, adopting a multicentric perspective that celebrates different Asians for their community spirit and collective practices.

To celebrate its tenth anniversary, Asia NOW presents "Ceremony", an exhibition proposed by the international curatorial collective Radicants, founded by Nicolas Bourriaud. Ceremony is seen here as a cultural practice, a celebration of ancestral wisdom, as well as a critical tool that both reinforces and transforms social structures, traditions and power hierarchies.

The artists invited by Radicants explore the interconnected human experience, underlining the importance of coming toghether and resonating with the collective spirit of Asia NOW, a fair that has always brought together artists and galleries from diverse cultural backgrounds on the Asian continent and its diasporas.
