La Monnaie de Paris is pleased to present its new loyalty program, which is available to use now. For many years, we have been committed to rewarding your purchases and the trust you have in our establishment and our products. With this loyalty programme, the more Coins or works of art you purchase, the better your membership and the more your loyalty will be rewarded. As you move through the 4 loyalty tiers–Bronze, Silver, Gold and Palladium–you will be further rewarded. All your previous purchases will be added up to calculate what your loyalty level is.

Membership in the Monnaie de Paris loyalty program entitles you to one of the following four statuses:

Bronze: You become a Bronze member from the very first order, after enrolling in the loyalty program.

Silver: You become a Silver member once you have spent €500 over the previous 12 months OR after 3 years of membership.

Gold: You become a Gold member once you have spent €2000 over the previous 12 months OR after 5 years of membership and have spent €500 over the previous 12 months.

Palladium: You will become a Palladium member once you have spent €7,500 over the previous 12 months OR after 10 years of membership and have spent €2,000 over the previous 12 months.

If no orders are placed in a calendar year, your seniority is reset to 0.

Whether online on the website, in our shop or via a remote sale, the purchases and orders you make at La Monnaie de Paris are automatically credited to your customer account, you don’t need to do anything. Only purchases where you are logged in or identified will be counted for membership or upgrading within the loyalty programme. If you have more than one customer account, they cannot be merged. Orders that have been returned, cancelled or credited will be deducted from your purchase total. Orders by bank transfer that have not been settled will not be taken into account. Orders and purchases made at the ticket office are not eligible for the Monnaie de Paris loyalty programme.

*Your welcome offer 10€ off on your next order if you are a new customer is valid on medals, mini-medals, jewels, art products and classical collection coins. It is not valid on Silver and Golden coins (Thomas Pesquet, Disney, Austerlitz...). Your coupon has a 1 limit maximal usage per customer. If you have a Silver or Golden coin in your basket, you must add at least 1 eligible product in order to use your coupon. On the website, please enter your coupon in the cell "Your code" in the basket. On the phone and in the shop, please communicate your coupon code to the vendor.
