French Excellence: Guy Savoy

Established since 2015 in the entirely redesigned frame of Monnaie de Paris historical building, the Guy Savoy restaurant was destined to get closer to Monnaie de Paris. Besides their geographical proximity, each of those two houses practice an arts and crafts job: haute cuisine for the Michelin-starred chef and monetary art for the upholder of metal coining.

For Guy Savoy, the egg is “the second salt of the earth”. Essential to his cooking, this ingredient-dish is central to the setting of the series.
