Obverse : On the face of this reproduction is inscribed the initials of the French Republic, separated by a central hole and lined with a Crown of branches of oak symbolizing the Republic; the outside listel is doubled by a continuous and dextrorotatory ribbon resuming the shape of an ear of corn.. A Phrygian cap fitted with a cockade, another symbol of the French Republic, is placed above the initials RF. Diameter of the jewel : 35 mm.
Reverse : Above and on both sides of a central hole lined with a listel surrounded by a branch of olive tree, symbol of the French Republic, in two twigs the base of which cuts the vintage mintage placed at six o'clock; the outside listel is doubled by a continuous and dextrorotatory ribbon resuming the shape of an ear of corn. The French Republic’s motto is written on the top, and the facial value in the center. Original diameter of the coin : 24 mm.
