2024 marks the arrival of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in France. It was obvious for Monnaie de Paris to highlight them once again through their representatives: the mascots. These fun and friendly little Phrygian hats are already familiar to the French and embody the spirits of the Games. This year, they symbolise the Games as they arrive and spread throughout France. A perfect reason to showcase the natural and architectural heritage that make the country beautiful.
The
Paralympic Games mascot is all smiles. It is standing on the Pont des Arts,
close to Monnaie de Paris, and seems to be in harmony with this emblematic
place for lovers, as two red hearts are placed next to it. In the background,
the dome of the Institut de France stands out against the Parisian sky.
