      Description

This collector coin marks the 70th anniversary of Walt Disney Animation Studio’s Lady and the Tramp, in 2025.

Lady lives a pampered life with her beloved owners, Jim Dear and Darling, knowing little of the outside world. When they leave on vacation, Aunt Sarah puts a muzzle on her, and Lady runs away in fear. Cornered by street dogs, she’s saved by Tramp, a free-spirited mutt with no home or rules. Though from very different worlds, Tramp shows Lady the adventure and charm of life beyond the fence. From meeting new friends to a candlelit dinner at Tony’s, Lady begins to see him in a new light. She’s hurt when she believes Tramp has let her down, but her heart softens, and she forgives. Despite their differences, the two are a perfect match. Tramp soon finds a place not just in her heart, but in her home. Together, they live happily ever after.

      Our craftman

      • THE ENGRAVER

Trained at the best schools, they have the years of experience behind them necessary to master all aspects of the craft. Using industrial oil-based modelling clay and working from a design executed freehand or with CAD software, they skilfully fashion a low relief model in order to enhance the engraving and the way it catches the light. They work alternately with concave and convex plaster moulds until satisfied they have achieved the best 3D rendering of the design.

      • THE MINTER

The first minters began to ply their trade in France when striking with a hammer appeared in the 4th century BC. Nowdays, minsters use press instead of a hammer. Their knowledge of dies, engraving and metals, and their expertise - passed seamlessly down from one generation to the next for centuries - guarantees the excellence of their work.
