This exclusive collection combines a passion for sport with the art of engraving, immortalising on these coins the emotions, disciplines and heroes that have marked generations of readers and supporters.
The obverse of this coin celebrates an iconic French sport: formula 1. It depicts a Formula 1 driver celebrating victory. Engraved in the background are historic front pages from L'Équipe dedicated to formula 1, recalling the great emotions and memorable events that have shaped the legends of these sports over the decades.
On the reverse, the headlines and names of the sports are reproduced in a graphic style inspired by the press, evoking the typography of newspapers and highlighting the link between sporting history and the media heritage of L'Équipe.
